What requirements must I meet as an applicant?
Depending on the position for which you are applying, you should have a very good academic degree and relevant professional experience. Successful candidates should be able to think analytically, work in a structured and solution-oriented manner and be willing to travel for work. Having worked in an international working environment or abroad is a plus, as well as additional language skills.

However, we also offer job opportunities and internships to students and recent graduates. At GET IT you can gain practical experience in a professional consulting or software engineering environment or write your final thesis, all the whilebeing integrated into the daily work of a project team.

For your application to be successful you should have knowledge in information technology, project and/or process management and be a flexible, creative person with a can-do attitude. If you also welcome new challenges, you are the right person for a job at GET IT.
When do the jobs advertised start?
If not indicated otherwise, we are looking to fill the positions advertised on our website as soon as possible.
How can I apply at GET IT?
Please send all relevant application documents (including cover letter, CV and copies of your degrees and references as PDFs) to recruiting@myget-it.com. Unfortunately, we do not accept formats other than PDF due to safety reasons. Please indicate clearly which position you are applying for in your application.
What documents should I include in my application?
Your application should include the following documents in PDF format:
  • Cover letter, in which you introduce yourself, tell us about your motives and demonstrate why you are the right candidate for the position;
  • Curriculum Vitae;
  • Copies of all degrees relevant to your application, depending on whether you are a professional, graduate or student (School leaving certificate, Vordiplom/Intermediate degree, Bachelor, Diploma, Master, PhD if applicable), and
  • Work and internship references.

What is the typical application process?
After you have sent us your complete application, we will review it thoroughly. We will get in touch with you to arrange a time and date of the first interview as soon as possible, but please note that reviewing your applcation might take us some time.

In the first interview, which can be conducted either in person or on the phone, you will have the opportunity to introduce yourself and learn more about GET IT and our working environment.

In a more in-depth second interview you will get a chance to meet some of your future colleagues and learn more about the role, projects and development opportunities at GET IT.

Does GET IT offer flexible working time models?
We support our team members in being able to combine a professional and personal life. Therefore, we are open to discussing flexible work arrangements on a case-by-case basis.
What can I expect as an intern at GET IT?
To be able to integrate you into a project team and achieve a significant learning success, internships should be no shorter than three months. As part of a project team you will be working on one or more customer projects – depending on the duration of your internship – and be able to test the theoretical and methodological knowledge from your studies in a professional working environment. During your internship you will collaborate closely with our consultants and software experts, gain valuable insights into the daily work of a consulting and software company and benefit from a flat organizational structure as well as an international working environment.
