Our Digital Technology division combines digital technologies of the future with business challenges. Within this practice, we support companies in their digital transformation.

As experts in the digitalisation of processes, we provide significant support to our customer´s organisation in its professionalisation and transformation.

About your role:

• Definition of digitisation strategies within the fields of action IT value proposition, technology, organisation & processes, and employees.
• Implementation of strategies for the transformation of the application and infrastructure landscape, considering megatrends such as Cloudification, Robotics, Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence.
• Establishing mindsets, models & processes to increase innovation in IT.
• Expanding the performance of IT organisations in new subject areas (e.g., data science, data management, cybersecurity).
• Definition and control of the project organisation and implementation service providers in large IT projects (project governance).

About you:

• Committed degree with above-average grades (master's degree / bachelor´s degree), ideally in economics, business informatics, industrial engineering, or comparable courses of study.
• Several years of professional experience in IT project or requirements management in a corporate or consulting environment.
• Expert knowledge in project management and agile methodology.
• Deep understanding of software development.
• Excellent communication skills as a "translator" between specialist departments and IT.
