GET IT was founded by Prof. Dr. Ing. Manfred Esser
Having spent 20 years of his career in structures and hierarchies typical of large corporates, Manfred experienced the pain of managing complex large-scale project environments first-hand. It reached a point where he was telling himself daily, "make project management great".

Thanks to the fact that 45 former colleagues of Manfred from Siemens have joined GET IT in one swoop, right from the start, we were able to take over an extensive software development project at SAP headquarters in Walldorf, Germany.

GET IT rose – like a phoenix from the ashes – a company with well qualified and enthusiastic software engineers eager to create pioneering software solutions.

The above-mentioned SAP project provided the financial backing necessary to start the design and development of a new generation of software that would empower an industry-specific approach to project management.

Established the GET IT software development center.

Exploring our creative potential and experience in software engineering we started the next big adventure: the development of a software solution to support project and portfolio management.

Launched GET Caesar, an enterprise project, portfolio & resource management platform.

At the heart of this company is an advanced platform for digitizing quality control processes in complex large-scale projects.

With Q-Portal, we intend to make a notable contribution to improving the quality of implementation of large-scale projects and to set a Germany-wide standard for control and revision of nuclear waste disposal processes.

Q-Portal drives digital transformation in product control: "Nuclear Waste Logistics" launched. As part of our partnership with the Bundesgesellschaft für Endlagerung mbH (BGE), we have achieved a significant milestone. The "Nuclear Waste Logistics" platform transforms traditional radioactive waste product control from paper to digital. Collaboratively, we've modernized the process, ensuring efficiency and transparency.
