Requirements Engineer (m/w/d)

As a Requirements Engineer you will define and review requirements for our software products and develop innovative solutions for our customers.
Together with our consulting team, project managers, and clients, you will gain understanding of client and project requirements and discuss how to best implement software systems.


About your role:

• Requirement analysis for software solutions in close coordination with the specialist departments.
• Preparation and implementation of workshops, also in an international environment.
• Preparation of technical specifications and documentation in close coordination with the respective stakeholders.
• Coordinating and communicating the concepts between the business units and IT.
• Close coordination with the areas of demand and project management, solution design and architecture, security, etc.
• Development of well-founded, technical, and conceptual expertise.
• Technical support in the creation of user stories and tests/use cases.

About you:

• Completed studies (business/computer science or similar) or comparable training as well as relevant professional experience.
• Sound experience in requirements engineering as well as relevant tools and methods.
• Strong communication skills, even in complex or controversial situations.
• Understanding of other conceptual and imaginative worlds.
• Ability to quickly familiarise yourself with complex technical problems.
• Ability to be both abstract and detail oriented.
• Excellent conceptual skills coupled with pragmatism.
• High level of initiative, self-confidence, and creativity.
• High interface competence and open-mindedness for new topics/ideas/processes.
• Confident knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
