About your role:

• Strategic consulting of customers in transformation projects.
• Execution of company and organization related analyses.
• Identification of optimization potentials.
• Conceptual development of methods and software analyses.
• Discussion, identification and prioritization of measures and projects in the context of a transformation program.
• Preparation and execution of workshops in the context of strategic analysis projects and assessments.
• Design of business concepts for transformations, carve-outs.
• Accompaniment of acquisition and offer processes.
• Active project acquisition and customer support at C-level.

About you:

• Completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration or a comparable field of study.
• Profound knowledge in the definition of IT strategies.
• Extensive experience with analyses in the areas of organization and IT.
• Expertise in managing projects and programs.
• Very good know-how in project and change management as well as leadership potential.
• Integrative thinking and acting as well as distinct team orientation.
• Very good communication skills and customer orientation.
